• Motion & Digital Formats: Convert static mailers into mp4 and design other dynamic formats to make communication more engaging.
• Event Branding: Design collaterals for org-wide events, ensuring a consistent and vibrant Myntra look and feel.
• AI-powered Creativity: Use new-age AI tools to generate and enhance creative concepts efficiently.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support initiatives across the organization.
  
• Brand Stewardship: Ensure all creative work aligns with Myntras visual language, tone, and brand guidelines.

• Visually engaging, on-brand creatives that speak attention and drive participation.
• Smooth and timely creative support for org-wide campaigns and events.
• Positive feedback and higher engagement on internal communication channels.

• 2-5 years of experience in graphic design or visual communication.
• Proficiency is design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator, along with AI-powered creative platforms like Midjourney.
• A sharp eye for layout, typography, and storytelling through design.
