Email Marketing Specialist

What role you will play in team: You'll be part of a dynamic team responsible for driving customer engagement and revenue through email marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with designers and other marketing professionals.

What you will do: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, segment customer lists, analyze email performance, and optimize campaign strategies.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement email marketing campaigns aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Segment customer lists based on demographics, behavior, and other criteria.
• Design and create engaging email content.
• A/B test email subject lines, content, and calls to action.
• 
  Monitor email performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Analyze email metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates).
• Stay up-to-date on email marketing best practices and trends.
• Collaborate with other marketing team members.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in email marketing.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
