As a Lead Associate - Buying with 5.0-6.0 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the buying process within the organization. You will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to identify purchasing needs, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Your expertise in procurement and supply chain management will be essential in optimizing costs, improving supplier relationships, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the buying process and develop procurement strategies to meet business objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships and conduct negotiations to secure favorable terms and pricing.
• Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless buying operations.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
• Generate reports and analyze data to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.
