As a Senior Technical Program Management professional, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing complex technical programs within the organization.
With 10 to 15 years of experience in this field, you are expected to bring strategic leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills to ensure successful delivery of programs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end technical programs, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Define program objectives, scope, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, setting clear priorities and expectations for all stakeholders.
- Identify risks and issues proactively, developing mitigation strategies to address them.
- Monitor program performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to drive efficiency and synergy.
- Implement best practices in program management to optimize processes and ensure quality deliverables.
- Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements, incorporating relevant innovations into program strategy.
- Mentor and coach junior program managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
