Job Description
- You will be a Sales & Customer Relations Intern joining our team for a luxury Resort/Villa in Mahabaleshwar. Your role is crucial in maintaining smooth communication with guests, handling inquiries, and reaching out to potential and previous customers. Your success in this position is defined by fostering positive guest relationships, assisting in driving bookings, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction and retention.
This internship provides practical exposure to hospitality sales and guest services, enabling you to establish a solid foundation in customer relations.
Your responsibilities will include answering inbound calls to assist guests with inquiries related to bookings, facilities, and services. You will also make outbound calls to potential customers for lead generation and sales support. Contacting past guests for retention, feedback, and encouraging repeat visits is also part of your role. It is essential to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and bookings. Collaboration with the sales and operations team to ensure exceptional customer experiences and supporting daily office-based sales and guest communication activities are integral aspects of this role.

The qualifications we are looking for include strong verbal communication skills (proficiency in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi is preferred), confident and professional phone etiquette, a willingness to learn about sales and customer service in the hospitality sector, a positive attitude, reliability, and a teamwork mindset. While prior experience in hospitality or sales is advantageous, it is not mandatory. You should be able to work on-site at the office in Pune.,
