. As part of our strategic growth, we are seeking a seasonedBusiness Development Managerto spearhead our expansion efforts across Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion:Identify and develop new business opportunities across Maharashtra, focusing on untapped regions and emerging markets.
- Client Acquisition:Establish and nurture relationships with polymer product manufacturers, traders, and exporters to expand our customer base.
- Sales Targets:Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and closing high-value deals.
- Product Promotion:Promote our range of polymer materials to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and applications.
- Market Intelligence:Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies.
- Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting:Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience:Minimum of 510 years in business development or sales within the polymer, chemicals, or related industries.
- Network:Established connections withpolymer product manufacturers, traders, importers and exporters across Maharashtra.
- Skills:Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge:In-depth understanding of the polymer industry, including market dynamics, pricing, and applications.
- Education:Bachelor&aposs degree in Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Location:Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra and Gujrat to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.
