As the Digital Marketing Lead, youll drive brand visibility, engagement, and growth across platforms. From ideation to execution youll own content, campaigns, videos, and strategy. This is a full-stack role combining strategy, content creation, design, video editing, and performance marketing.

? Key Responsibilities

???? Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy across paid and organic channels

??? Design and edit marketing creatives posters, reels, videos, carousels, and motion graphics

??? Write compelling content for posts, ads, landing pages, and campaigns

??? Execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, email, etc.)

??? Build MyTeks brand story across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and industry platforms

??? Track key metrics (leads, conversions, traffic, CAC, engagement) and continuously optimize

??? Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Design, Product, HR) for integrated campaigns

??? Manage tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Premiere Pro/Final Cut, Google Analytics, and ad dashboards
