Job Description
You will plan and execute proactive sourcing strategies using multiple channels to include trusted vendors, recruiting tools, and professional networks to identify high-quality technology contractors and build sustainable talent pipelines aligned to both immediate and long-term hiring needs. Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and internal stakeholders, you will deliver market insights, hiring recommendations, and a consistently high-touch candidate experience.
This role is critical to ensuring the timely delivery of top-tier technical talent while maintaining strong operational excellence, and an outstanding experience for candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
Responsibilities And Essential Duties
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for contractor and Full-time roles across India markets.
- Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and professional networks
- Conduct resume reviews and initial candidate screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and overall fit
- P artner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define sourcing strategies, and align on interview processes
- Develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies to support current and future IT staffing needs, including building talent pipelines for high-demand skill sets
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams
- Lead offer discussions, including compensation negotiation, and support onboarding for selected candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Drive timely closure of requisitions while maintaining a strong focus on quality of hire
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and consultants to support ongoing hiring needs
- Participate in regular team meetings to provide updates on pipeline activity, hiring progress, and market insight
- Bachelors and/or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT Staffing / Recruitment
- Experience working on offshore Contract and Full-time offshore hiring.
- Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar job portals.
- Experience working with iCIMS or a similar ATS preferred.
- Ability to work in India and US time zones as required .
- Experience working in a staffing or consulting environment is preferred.
- Experience recruiting for ERP technologies (PeopleSoft, Oracle, Cloud), and other IT roles.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment .
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong understanding of recruiting methods, tools, and industry best practices .
- Demonstrated ability to manage time-sensitive priorities and meet tight deadlines .
- Excellent active listening skills with the ability to understand and respond to stakeholder needs .
- Strong customer and client focus with a commitment to delivering high-quality service .
- Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities in complex situations .
- Effective negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes .
- Advanced problem-solving skills, including the ability to navigate complex challenges .

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
