Role Overview

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive who will be responsible for managing our presence across leading marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and other online platforms. The role requires strong skills in catalog management, listing optimization, inventory oversight, and sales analysis. As a core member of our early team, you will play a direct role in building and scaling our e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

• Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other merchant platforms.
  
• Ensure product content (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images) meets SEO and marketplace guidelines.
• Track competitor listings, pricing, and promotions to stay competitive.

Catalog & Inventory Management

• Manage product catalogs with accuracy across multiple channels.
• Monitor stock levels to avoid out-of-stock/overstock issues.
• Coordinate with supply chain/warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment.

Performance Monitoring & Growth

• Analyze sales reports, traffic, and conversion metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Run basic ad campaigns (Amazon Sponsored Ads/Flipkart Ads) and monitor ROI.
• Support in promotional campaigns, festive launches, and seasonal offers.

Customer Experience & Compliance

• Ensure high product visibility and positive customer experience.
• Monitor reviews, ratings, and respond to queries in coordination with customer support.
• Ensure compliance with all marketplace policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in e-commerce management (Amazon/Flipkart mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of cataloging, listing optimization, and e-commerce analytics.
