Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and outreach: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source potential candidates
• Candidate screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
• Interview coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process for both candidates and interviewers
• Candidate assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and suitability for the role
  
• Offer management: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages as needed
• Onboarding: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires
• Talent pipeline: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
