Credit Assessment Underwriter - Secured Lending

Role Description-

Responsible for complete Credit Assessment.

Includes analyzing salaries and self-employed income, rental/investment incomes, risk associated with collateral (security) through contract/valuation/LVR and overall Score-card of the application-based on credit/capacity/capital/customer.

Role will include utilizing Credit Discretion Authority and in-depth understanding of credit policies to make a sound decision based on the overall deal and along with maintaining the TAT and providing a best outcome to the customer.

This role will be aligned with AU timings.

• 4 to 5 Years of experience in Credit Assessment Underwriting for Consumer or Business Lending Secured.
• Credit Discretion in the current role is preferred
• Risk Analysis skills to mitigate any findings during assessment
• Good Communication skills with frequent interaction with Onshore customers
• Prepare Credit Proposals
