Technical Solution Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Outreach

• Support digital marketing campaigns across social media and search platforms.
  
• Create engaging content such as blog posts, Canva creatives, and short videos.
  
• Assist with SEO, social media marketing (LinkedIn & Blogs), and brand visibility.
  
• Verify new and existing applications, report issues, and coordinate fixes.
  
• Participate in product promotions and online outreach initiatives.
• Making of business strategy for digital marketing.
  

2. Client Communication

• Manage
  
  domestic and international client interactions via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social media.
  
• Share product and IT service details, provide quotations, and follow up with interested leads.
  
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and timely responses in all communications.
  

3. Lead Management

• Generate and collect leads from LinkedIn, social media, forms, and referrals.
  
• Qualify leads based on their interest and potential.
  
• Maintain lead records and ensure consistent follow-up until closure.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in client coordination or support roles.

  communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
