Job Description

Overview Our client is looking for a highly experienced Operations Director to lead the platforms operational strategy targeting overseas users. This role is critical in ensuring efficient platform operations that comply with regulatory standards while driving growth and user engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the finance and Web3 industries, along with proven leadership skills to manage and inspire a high-performing team. What You Will Do
  • Establish a comprehensive operational system based on the companys strategic development plan, including account systems and promotional operations
  • Plan and drive brand building initiatives, implementing user acquisition, growth, retention, activation, and conversion strategies
  • Set performance indicators (KPIs) for the operations department, regularly evaluate team members performance, and ensure the overall goals of the operations department are met
  • Monitor market trends and develop compliance policies to ensure platform operations adhere to regulatory standards in various countries
  • Recruit, train, and manage the operations team, ensuring efficient collaboration
  • Provide leadership that inspires innovation and execution within the team
  • Lead the team in creating original content related to finance and Web3 topics, and write market-appropriate promotional copy, brand messaging, and various poster texts to ensure brand image consistency
  • Analyze and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risks, ensuring smooth product operations
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive product optimization and promotion
  • Identify business growth opportunities and expand the products market share
What You Will Need

  • Over 5 years of experience in the finance or Web3 industry, with at least 3 years in an executive role
  • Extensive experience in team management and leadership, with excellent communication and coordination skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the finance and Web3 industries, innovative thinking, strong business insight, analytical skills, and a proactive entrepreneurial spirit
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, capable of working effectively under pressure
  • Excellent English proficiency, with English as a working language
