Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Management

2.Develop & execute 360 degree marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

3.Lead go to market ( GTM ) Plans for new project launched, ensuring alignment with business objective.

4.Overseas branding, positioning & messaging across all marketing channels.

5.Performance & Digital Marketing

6.Manage land generation campaigns, digital marketing ( SEO,SEM,Social Media), and performance analytics.

7.Optimize paid media, content strategy, and CRM automation for better customer conversions.

8.Drive online reputation management (ORM) to enhance customer experience.

10.Execute ATL & BTL campaigns, including events, site activations, and outdoor advertising.

11.Develop marketing collaterals, broachers, and creatives in collaboration with design teams.

12.Work closely with sales teams to drive demand generation and ensure marketing- sales alignment.

13.Public Relations & Partnerships

14.Handle PR, Media relations and influencer collaborations to strengthen brand credibility.

15.Build and manage relationship with agencies, vendors, and industry partners.

16.Market Research & consumer Insights

17.Conduct competitor analysis, customer surveys, and market studies to identify trends and opportunities.

18.Use data driven insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize ROI.

• Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing and media planning.
• Experience in lead generation, performance marketing , and campaign execution
• Excellent team management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM tools, and AI driven marketing trends.
• Candidate must have 8 to 10 years of experience in real estate.
