Job Description
- You will be responsible for designing, documenting, and executing multiple high-quality projects simultaneously in collaboration with internal and external teams. Your role will involve contributing to the conceptual framework of projects, integrating our standards, goals, and brand ideals, and creating custom spaces and elements when necessary. You will be expected to provide regular project updates to management and the project team, flagging any issues that may arise and taking ownership of their resolution alongside your team.
Additionally, you will be tasked with producing design and hand-off packages for projects with guidance, as well as supporting teams in the due diligence process. Your involvement will extend to high-profile projects and site visits, requiring you to continually enhance your skillset as per the company's requirements. Furthermore, you may be assigned additional design responsibilities as needed.

This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and potential for performance and quarterly bonuses. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, possess at least 3 years of experience in Civil Architecture, and be proficient in English and Kannada. The work location is in-person.,
