Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, covering SEO, SEM, and paid social media initiatives.
  • Oversee the organizations website, collaborating with IT and internal teams to ensure seamless performance and alignment with marketing goals.
  • Monitor digital content performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies to enhance user engagement and experience.
  • Stay on top of consumer behavior and market trends, using insights to shape data-driven marketing efforts.
  • Manage digital campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution and maximum ROI.
  • Supervise the internal contact center team, ensuring timely and effective responses to leads generated through digital channels.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in digital agency handling is highly preferred.
  • Strong track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of SEO/SEM best practices and hands-on experience with keyword research.

    Familiarity with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives efficiently.

Years of Experience

4 to 5 years is ideal, with at least 2 years in digital marketing and paid campaigns and some experience in lead management/contact center coordination.
