Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, covering SEO, SEM, and paid social media initiatives.
- Oversee the organizations website, collaborating with IT and internal teams to ensure seamless performance and alignment with marketing goals.
- Monitor digital content performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies to enhance user engagement and experience.
- Stay on top of consumer behavior and market trends, using insights to shape data-driven marketing efforts.
- Manage digital campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution and maximum ROI.
- Supervise the internal contact center team, ensuring timely and effective responses to leads generated through digital channels.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in digital agency handling is highly preferred.
- Strong track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of SEO/SEM best practices and hands-on experience with keyword research.

Years of Experience
4 to 5 years is ideal, with at least 2 years in digital marketing and paid campaigns and some experience in lead management/contact center coordination.
