We are expanding our distributor network and seeking a dynamic individual to manage the entire telephonic sales process, from prospecting to closure.
Role Summary:
We are looking for a self-motivated Inside Sales Manager to identify and engage potential prospects (distributors/ investors) online, open initial conversations, and guide them through the process over calls. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B inside (telephonic) sales, strong communication skills, and a results-driven approach to achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Database Screening:
- Research and identify potential prospects (distributors/ investors/ clients) through online platforms, directories, and other databases.
- Maintain an organized database of leads for efficient follow-ups.
- Outreach & Initial Engagement:
- Conduct cold calls and initiate conversations with potential prospects.
- Make calls on the digital leads provided and maintain the funnel record.
- Provide an overview of NanoQuinns business model, product range, and ROI opportunities.
- Scheduling Presentations:
- Invite interested prospects to attend detailed online presentations to understand the business opportunity.
- Ensure attendance by sending timely reminders and addressing queries.
- Follow-Up & Relationship Building:
- Regularly follow up with prospects post-presentation to address their questions and concerns.
- Build trust and rapport to move prospects toward partnership decisions.
- Sales Closure:
- Guide prospects through the final steps of the onboarding process, including documentation and formal confirmation.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by closing deals effectively.
- Reporting & Coordination:
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM tools.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 4+ years in B2B sales, inside (telephonic) sales, or distributor/ investor/ client acquisition roles.
- Skills:
- Strong research and database management skills.
- Exceptional verbal communication and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to handle objections and provide clear, convincing responses.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Media or a related field.
- Personal Traits:
- Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
