Client Services Lead

Location: Hybrid 2 days Work from Home and 3 days at the Office

:

Overall responsibility for providing administrative support services to clients of NARDAC Insurance Services globally.

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of operational policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with US and UK teams, as well as group companies, to ensure smooth placement and servicing of Property & Casualty insurance business.
• Work closely with brokers to understand client requirements and provide effective operational support.
• 
  Ensure accurate and timely issuance of policy documentation, and maintain renewal, new business, claims, and fiduciary records managed from India.
• Prepare and collate underwriting submissions, insurance documentation, and reports to support timely negotiations with underwriters.
• Support the establishment and monitoring of robust SLAs for services delivered from India.
• Drive process improvements to enhance turnaround time and overall client experience.
• Develop and maintain strong data management and management information (MI) frameworks.
• Foster collaboration and accountability in line with company objectives.

The overall goal is to deliver timely, professional, and sustainable service levels for clients and colleagues.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate in business administration, risk management or a similar field.
• 7 or more years of work experience.
• Minimum 4 years of General Insurance Background is mandatory.
• Prior experience in the London Insurance Market is preferable.
• Excellent English communication skills (Speaking, listening and writing).
• Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Inherent high degree of initiative and proactiveness.
• Flexibility to deal with different time zones during the tenure (India, US and UK)
