Job Description
- You are a Sales Manager with a focus on US sales processes, responsible for leading a team of at least 30 inside sales executives. Your role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience specifically as a Sales Manager for US sales processes and a total of 10 years of overall experience. Strong communication skills in English are essential for effectively carrying out your responsibilities.
As a Sales Manager, you should possess excellent management skills and be target-oriented to drive the team towards achieving sales goals. Previous experience in managing an international BPO with a focus on US Sales processes is a must for this role. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the sales team's performance, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that targets are met.
This full-time position offers a day shift schedule with the opportunity for performance bonuses based on achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing at least 25 agents in a US sales process for 5 years, as well as experience as a Team Leader in an international BPO sales process for 3 years and as an Inside Sales Manager in an international BPO for 5 years.
Fluency in English is a requirement for this role, given the international nature of the sales processes involved. The work location for this position is in person, providing you with the opportunity to directly engage with your team and drive performance.
