Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 - 7 years of experience in providing Title Diligence Opinion for banks, NBFCs, and/or Construction companies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Agile with an open mindset to adapt to changing traditional work methods.
  • Proficient in computer operations.
  • Multilingualism is advantageous.
  • Fluent in vernacular language(s) - reading and speaking mandatory.

  • Draft comprehensive Title Diligence Opinions in adherence to industry standards and client specifications.
  • Collaborate with clients to comprehend their policies, requirements, and ensure timely delivery of reports, effectively addressing queries.

  • Work closely with the Operations and Tech Teams to streamline Turnaround Time (TAT), enhance processes, and optimize software tools.
  • Maintain report quality in accordance with clients credit policies and regulatory standards.
  • Offer solutions to resolve issues encountered by the in-house team during the processing of legal opinions, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

  • Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication abilities.
