Key Responsibilities
- Translate the needs of the marketing team into functional and appealing web content:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand their requirements and translate them into effective web solutions.
- Lead the development of all new web content:
- Take charge of creating engaging and responsive web content that aligns with the companys brand standards.
- Maintain and modify existing website content as needed:
- Continuously improve existing content to enhance SEO and increase conversion rates.
- Identify and fix any website issues or bugs that arise.
- Assist in the migration of our website to a new CMS platform:
- Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth transition to a new content management system.
- Assist in the selection and implementation of an ecommerce platform:
- Contribute to the decision-making process for selecting and implementing an ecommerce platform.
- Perform regular technical audits of our website performance:
- Conduct technical audits to identify areas for improvement and implement recommendations.
- Implement and maintain integrations between our website(s) and other software in the tech stack:
- Ensure seamless integration between the website and other software applications.
- Track and report on agreed-upon website metrics:
- Monitor and report on key metrics, including website traffic, page load times, time on site, bounce rate, and more.

- 3+ years of website development experience with in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS.
- Proficiency in website programming languages such as HTML, C#, CSS, Python, C++, and JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of key website design principles and SEO optimization.
- Ability to test and debug websites.
- Expert knowledge in Google tools; Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver projects on time with minimal errors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Out-of-the-box thinker with the ability to find solutions to complex problems.
- Preferable knowledge of HubSpot.
- Proficiency with content management systems. Experience with Prismic or other headless CMS platforms is preferable but not required.
