- The role of Project Manager at Nasdaq Technology in Bangalore, India, is a unique opportunity for a passionate individual with expertise in Agile methodologies and the Workday Financials product suite. As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering complex technical systems to both new and existing customers, exploring new technologies in the dynamic FinTech industry.
Joining the development organization for Nasdaq's Enterprise Applications & Insights team, you will collaborate with a skilled and enthusiastic team in Bangalore. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement software solutions, working closely not only with local team members but also with Nasdaq teams in various countries. You will lead cross-functional efforts globally, delivering essential solutions and services to enhance Nasdaq's finance processes and operations, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work within a highly experienced team, delivering advanced technology solutions worldwide. You will engage with subject matter experts, continuously learn, and grow within the Project Management team. Your role will involve coaching and building new Scrum teams within the Nasdaq Corporate Finance Systems team, establishing and enforcing best practices in development pipeline management, and actively participating in various project activities, such as design reviews, test planning, and code reviews.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 10-12 years of Agile Scrum Master experience, profound knowledge of Jira, and expertise in overseeing Workday Financial module implementations and integrations. Experience in multinational environments, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related fields, and familiarity with Agile Scrum team building are desirable qualifications. Additionally, proficiency in executive-level presentation skills and certifications such as Agile Scrum Master certification would be advantageous.
