Job Description
- The FINTECH arm of Nasdaq Technology is seeking a passionate individual to join the Product Onboarding and Training team of Client Experience. Nasdaq is dedicated to revolutionizing markets and incorporating new technologies to develop innovative solutions, with a focus on creating a strong first impression with clients/prospective clients to nurture a lasting relationship.
The Product Onboarding Team is responsible for providing Business Configuration and Training services to Nasdaq's clients. As a Business Analyst, you will guide clients in configuring their business rules in Nasdaq systems, support them through delivery projects, and conduct training sessions covering functional usage of systems. Your role will involve facilitating workshops, developing training courses, and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops to showcase Trading product usage and assist clients in configuring business rules.
- Develop and maintain training material for various products.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Professional Services) and external clients.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Tester in Capital Markets, particularly in Trading.
- 11+ years of overall experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients globally.

- Motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment and simplify complex concepts into user-friendly content.
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux.
Preferred qualifications include experience in presentations/public speaking and working with cross-cultural teams. This Client Facing IC role may involve travel, and training sessions are conducted both onsite and virtually. Applicants with capital markets experience are encouraged to apply.
