Talent Acquisition Executive

-Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
-Strong understanding of job portals, LinkedIn recruiting, and database management
-Ability to manage high-volume hiring and meet recruitment targets
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Strong file management and document tracking
-Experience in interview coordination, onboarding, and recruitment reporting
