Financial Accountant

Spardha is actively seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join our team. As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for monitoring all financial data, preparing accurate statements, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Your role will encompass budgeting, managing tax payments, performing internal audits, and providing consultancy to senior managers for cost and revenue analyses.

Responsibilities:

1. Daily updation of accounting in view of finalizing.

2. Coordination with HRs for Trainers and Employees’ salaries.

3. Coordination with all related parties for smoothly running of all software.

4. Creation of payment links whenever required and updating the same on Spardha Portal.

5. Customer’s refund payments for each market and updating the same on Spardha Portal.

6. Calculation, deduction and payments of TDS wherever applicable.

7. Filing of TDS returns (24Q, 26Q & 27Q)

8. PF and ESIC payments.

9. Daily Payments to Employees, Trainers & vendors and tracking thereof.

10. Calculation of monthly GST and filing of GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B.

11. Maintaining of data in excel sheets for various finance & accounts works.

12. Liaise with internal stakeholders, bank for any work.

Qualification & Skill:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, finance, or related activity.

2. Solid understanding of accounting principles, regulations and financial processes.

3. Proficiency in accounting software and MS- Office particularly MS Excel.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple task effectively.

Location: Baner, Pune (Work from office)
