Job Description
•Lead the coordination of Risk Quantification for targeted risks identified by the ERM Department or the Top Management and prepare the Risk Profile reports along with proposed recommendations related to the areas of improvements.
•Prepare Risk Analytics Reports to analyze NWC Risk Profile
•
Review NWC Risk Register and propose enhancements to relevant stakeholders.
•Prepare periodic risk report to senior leadership detailing the risk landscape, major incidents, mitigation effectiveness, and evolving risk factors, with forward-looking strategic recommendations to enhance resilience
•Provide guidance and support for Risk Champions and Risk Owners through targeted awareness/training sessions/workshops.
•
Development of awareness, newsletters, and interactive content to promote a shared understanding of risk management throughout the organization.
•Supervise the Clusters performance in managing the Enterprise Risks.
•Ensure quality assurance to ERM activities
