Head/Vice President/Senior Vice President - Talent Acquisition

The incumbent will be working very closely with the CHRO and leadership team on hiring strategy, workforce planning, and building a strong employer brand in a space that's currently in rapid growth phase. There's a real opportunity to bring structure, build processes, and create a high-quality ecosystem at scale.
- Looking for Talent Acquisition leaders with strong experience in service-led, operations-driven organizations with multi-location hiring exposure.
- Prior experience in industries such as hospitality, retail, healthcare, education, wellness, QSR, consumer services, or similar people-intensive sectors will be preferred.
- Candidates from technology, product, IT services, SaaS, or engineering-led organizations will not be considered for this role.
- The role requires demonstrated exposure to campus hiring, employer branding initiatives, recruitment process transformation, and adoption of AI/automation in hiring practices.
