Lead - Talent Acquisition - BFSI

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition by partnering with business leaders to deliver hiring across functions while ensuring an efficient recruitment and onboarding process.
- Drive workforce planning through headcount forecasting, budgeting, and close collaboration with business and finance teams to optimize hiring plans.

- Enhance recruitment effectiveness by managing sourcing strategy, recruiter performance, hiring dashboards, and cost-efficient talent acquisition initiatives.
- Own campus and early careers hiring by leading internship and graduate recruitment programs, managing institute partnerships, and driving end-to-end campus hiring.
Preferred Candidate:
- 8-10 years of talent acquisition experience with strong recent exposure to end-to-end recruitment and hands-on sourcing across functions.
- MBA-qualified professional with a strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to contribute beyond talent acquisition.
- Analytical and commercially astute, with experience in hiring analytics, onboarding, dashboards, and recruitment reporting.
- Prior exposure to the BFSI/lending sector preferred, with a sound understanding of the business landscape.
