- Drive enterprise-wide Talent Management and succession planning initiatives across leadership levels
- Partner with business and HR leaders to conduct talent reviews, leadership assessments, and pipeline planning
- Design and implement leadership development and capability-building interventions

- Drive adoption and effectiveness of digital Talent Management platforms and processes
- Track and analyze key talent metrics including succession coverage, internal mobility, and pipeline health
