Natus Sensory India are a leading manufacturer of medical devices and software for a range of solutions, including eight sensory nervous systems. Our mission is to improve patient outcomes in target markets through innovative screening, diagnostic and treatment solutions. We manufacture and distribute a range of medical device products used in the diagnosis of human disorders of sensory system and neural pathways.

Job Overview
Key Responsibilities

• Drive the setup of the India subsidiary, ensuring full compliance with corporate, tax, and banking regulations.
• Liaise with statutory auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities to resolve pending paperwork and secure approvals.
• Oversee statutory audits, filings, and compliance reporting in accordance with the Companies Act and other applicable laws.
• Develop and implement robust financial controls, governance frameworks, and risk management practices.

• Assist in financial oversight for India operations, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
• Serve as the primary contact for auditors and banking partners on finance and compliance matters.
• Provide strategic advice on corporate governance and evolving regulatory requirements.
• Be available to sign and represent the company on legal documents as required for compliance and regulatory filings.
  

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, auditing, or corporate compliance.
• Demonstrated success in establishing legal entities in India (Mandatory) and managing incorporation processes end-to-end.
• In-depth knowledge of the Indian Companies Act, RBI guidelines, and tax regulations.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with auditors, banks, and government agencies.
• Professional credentials such as CA, CS, CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge local authorities and global headquarters.
