Assistant Executive – Production (OSD)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Executive - Production (OSD) to join our team at Ravenbhel Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., with 2-6 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

• Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement improvements.
• 
  Develop and implement process enhancements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacy or Life Sciences.
• Proven experience in production management, preferably in OSD.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
