Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team as a Desk Attendant in The Manohar, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and walk-in visitors.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guests' needs and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, such as guest information and room assignments.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and well-maintained, with all necessary materials and equipment.
- Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are needed to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential.
