Sales Aptitude: A natural inclination towards sales and a drive to achieve targets. Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in using computer software, such as CRM systems. Customer Service: Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism. Industry Examples:Sales: Promoting products or services to generate leads and close deals. Customer Service: Providing support to existing customers, resolving queries, and handling complaints. BPO: Working in a Business Process Outsourcing setting, handling customer interactions on behalf of other companies.
