Job Description

    Role Overview:
    You are applying for the position of Sales & Business Development Executive/Manager at Navrasa Fine Jewels Pvt. Ltd. As part of the role, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships, managing overseas accounts, and driving export sales across global markets. Navrasa Fine Jewels is a premium jewellery house based in Jaipur, known for its exquisite craftsmanship and traditional design sensibilities.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach to potential clients.
    - Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service for repeat business and referrals.
    - Meet and exceed sales targets using effective sales strategies and techniques.
    - Tailor proposals and presentations to meet clients" needs, negotiating contracts and pricing for mutually beneficial agreements.
    - Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market conditions to offer strategic input on sales and marketing initiatives.
    - Collaborate with internal teams like marketing, product, and operations for the smooth execution of sales strategies.
    - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions and contracts.
    - Attend industry conferences to network and generate new business opportunities.
    - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing from production to delivery.
    Qualification Required:
    - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in B2B jewellery sales.
    - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    - Familiarity with email-based communication, CRM systems, and MS Office/Google Sheets.

    - Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage accounts.
    - Must be organized, proactive, and result-driven.
    - Exposure to digital sales platforms, B2B trade portals, and lead generation tools will be beneficial.
    - Multilingual communication skills are an added advantage.
