Role Overview:
As a Business Process Improvement Consultant (Business PEX) at Nazztec, you will be instrumental in driving process optimization initiatives across various client engagements. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement innovative solutions, and measure the impact of these changes on key business metrics. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape business outcomes and contribute to the success of our clients through the application of Lean Six Sigma principles and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead business process assessments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization, providing actionable insights to clients.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, resulting in measurable improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients and internal teams on process improvement principles and techniques, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to track progress, identify trends, and quantify the impact of process improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure seamless integration with existing systems and workflows, minimizing disruption and maximizing adoption.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget, scope, and quality standards, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and training materials, ensuring consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants on process improvement methodologies and project management best practices, fostering their professional development and growth.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with a proven track record of leading and implementing successful process improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, develop innovative solutions, and measure their impact.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is mandatory.
- Based in Hyderabad and comfortable with on-site client engagements as needed.
