Job Description

You will be overseeing the general accounting process at NEC for all country units. As a qualified candidate, you must have a postgraduate or bachelor's degree with relevant experience in Operations. With 4-6 years of experience, you will be based in Mumbai - Airoli and expected to work 8.5 hours a day.
Your responsibilities will include managing the RTR process in a shared service environment, overseeing a team of executives, ensuring attention to detail, organization, and results orientation. Strong knowledge of Finance processes, SAP Finance, and relevant modules is essential. Experience in RTR process re-engineering, project management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

In terms of Fixed Asset responsibilities, you will update the SAP fixed asset module, coordinate with internal teams for asset details, perform depreciation runs, reconciliation activities, and routine journal entries. Additionally, you will prepare standard reports, coordinate budget activities, track key metrics, and create data trackers for monitoring activities.
For Intercompany Accounting responsibilities, you will perform monthly intercompany account reconciliations, ensure accurate recording and balancing of transactions, prepare and analyze intercompany reports, maintain compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, and support internal controls related to intercompany processes. Effective communication and escalation of unresolved issues to management are crucial in this role.
