Job Description

    You will be responsible for driving technology design, implementation, execution, and optimization for MPLS and Access Network to accelerate customer outcomes. Your role will involve generating Network Audits to enhance Network Efficiency and assisting customers with the integration and implementation of tools, systems, and service assurance for Cisco technologies. Additionally, you will support presales activities by translating business requirements into solution designs.

    As part of your responsibilities, you will build customer simulations in test labs to resolve and validate issues, and create and deliver customer collateral, documentation, and knowledge transfer. You will drive customer technology transitions, influence solution architectures and services, and align with company processes to efficiently complete your role and support Professional Services strategies and goals. Furthermore, you will perform Software Risk analysis, proactively identify potential issues in the network, and function as an individual contributor.
    To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Master's degree or possess equivalent experience in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Networking, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline. An interest in learning new technologies is essential, along with 8 - 10 years of verified experience in technical consulting, design, deployment, and troubleshooting. Possession of technical certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CCIE (Routing & Switching / Service Provider) is desired.

    Your experience should include familiarity with Cisco Platforms such as IOS - XR, IOS - XE, NXOS, NCS routers, Cisco 8K routers, and ACI. You should have expertise in Networking Protocols and Service Configurations, including OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, LISP, VxLAN, IPv6, MPLS LDP, MPLS TE, RSVP, VPWS, VPLS, L3VPN, TE-Tunnel, and Segment Routing. Knowledge of Switching Technologies like STP, RSTP, RSVP-TE, VTP, VSS, vPC, vDC, MSTP, LACP, VLAN, VXLAN, EVPN, and LISP is essential.
    Moreover, intermediate level knowledge and working experience with Cisco's Application Centric Infrastructure will be advantageous. Familiarity with TACACs, DNS, Storage systems, and network management is required, as well as proficiency in at least one computer language and programming (Java, Python, XML, REST API) framework. Creative problem-solving skills, excellent troubleshooting and debugging abilities, and the capacity to simplify and effectively communicate sophisticated data and processes to customers are key attributes for success in this role.,
