About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Engineer to design, build, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter. This hands-on role is responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise SaaS platforms.

As an AI-First Engineering organization, AI-assisted development is a core expectation. You will leverage AI tools, reusable skills, commands, and agentic workflows to improve engineering productivity, automate development tasks, and accelerate software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android.
• Build responsive, high-performance, and secure mobile applications.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, backend engineers, UX designers, and DevOps teams.
• 
  Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and cloud services.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Write unit, integration, and UI tests while promoting Shift Left engineering practices.
• Champion AI-first software development practices.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of mobile software development experience with 4+ years of Flutter experience.
• Strong experience building and deploying production applications for both iOS and Android.
• Expert knowledge of Flutter and Dart.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and GraphQL.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, BLoC/Riverpod).
• Experience with offline storage, push notifications, authentication, and mobile security best practices.
• Experience consuming cloud-based backend services (AWS preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

AI-First Development (Required)

• Daily hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
• Experience using AI skills, commands, prompts, and agents to automate code generation, testing, documentation, debugging, and refactoring.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated code and establish best practices for AI-assisted mobile development.

Nice to Have

• Native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) development experience.
• Experience publishing applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Firebase, AWS Amplify, or similar mobile backend platforms.
• Mobile CI/CD using GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Codemagic, or Fastlane.
• Experience with mobile analytics and crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics, Datadog, New Relic, Sentry).
• Experience with AI-powered mobile features or on-device AI integrations.
