Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect with potential clientsboth domestic and internationalto drive business growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods.

• Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients.

• Handle client interactions and business development efforts across US and international markets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.

• Cross-sell relevant products or services to enhance customer value.

• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.

Key Requirements:

• 13 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

• Strong experience in cold calling and client outreach.

• Exposure to handling US and international clients preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Confidence in presenting product demos to potential clients.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office.
