At our very core, we are a human company driven by our purpose to improve the quality of life and contribute to a healthier future.The main purpose of the Field Sales Representative is to achieve sales by category by maximizing short- and long-term growth opportunities and build long term relationship with the customers.A DAY IN THE LIFE Accountable for the achievement of the territory sales volumes by category.Achieve the core distribution (listing of new Stock Keeping Unit (SKU), picture of success targets and the agreed visibility and other elements in the Business Development Agreement (BDA).Develop a strong relationship with the customer and initiate negotiation of the contract (visibility, promotions and implementations).Organize field visits on daily basis and follow up with customers to ensure availability of products.Report market intelligence (sales analysis, monthly initiative implementations, competitor activities, launches, customer plans, shopper profiles) to sales management.Ensure that the promotional plan is implemented effectively and efficiently instore in the assigned area(s).Ensure on shelf availability of all products based on core distribution by communicating with the merchandiser and following up with store visits.Ensure shelf and warehouse stocks are correctly audited, rotated, and the short expiry issues are properly handled in line with company policy.Ensure collection and financial reconciliation is made in line with Nestl set payment terms.Submit and maintain proper customer records, sales activities and other required reports and forms.Follow up with merchandisers on their daily journey plan and resolve any issues that may arise. Provide constructive feedback on stock handling and implementation of the products on the shelves, check outs, secondary placements, and gondolas.What Will Make You Successful 1-2 years of relevant experience.Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.UAE driving license.
