Job Description

As an IT Innovation Solution Architect at Nestl, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative and scalable solutions that leverage emerging technologies to drive digital transformation within our organization. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, designing and developing solutions that incorporate technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, and IoT, defining technical architecture aligned with business goals and security standards, as well as leading the evaluation and selection of technology platforms and tools.

You will be expected to provide technical guidance and support to development teams, conduct research to assess the feasibility and impact of new technologies, collaborate with external partners and vendors for innovation projects, stay updated on technological advancements and industry trends, and actively participate in workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate and refine ideas. Additionally, mentoring and coaching team members on solution architecture best practices and emerging technologies will be an essential part of your role.
To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred. Proven experience as a Solution Architect, expertise in areas such as cloud computing, microservices architecture, data analytics, and emerging technologies, knowledge of solution architecture frameworks and methodologies, proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with a passion for continuous learning and innovation are required.

Technologies you should be familiar with include machine learning, generative AI, augmented & virtual reality, Python, cloud-native technology, and some experience with data model design and documentation platforms like Salesforce, SAP Gigya, Google Data Studio, among others. Knowledge of blockchain and quantum computing will be beneficial.
