Department: Branch Supply Chain
Main Purpose of Job
- To Manage Warehouse Operatons and ensure On>time in full servicing of orders in a dyanmic and high throughput environment ensuring Safety, Compliance thereby delivering Best in Class Warehouse Performance Index which manifests in low COD
- Responsible for Safety and Quality in the Warehouse
- Responsible to imbibe Safety Culture among all personnel working inside WH including 3 PL Operations team & Security Agency through regular training
- Implement Good Warehouse Practices to Labours/Supervisors/Computer operators, Etc., as warranted in the DC operations manual
- Drive Implementation of Warehouse / Workforce Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence of all activites pertaining to Labour/Statutory/Legal compliance
- Responsible to Manage:
> Security service Provider
> Transport Operation
> Fork Lift/Reach Truck Operator
> Labour Contractors
- Responsible to follow: > Warehouse Operation Manual > QHSE > Safety Procedures > Vehicle Management Systems > Safety Committee > Good Warehouse Practices > All related KDDs related to compliance on storage of Chocolcates & Chilled products
- Capable to Implement Lean
- Responsible to execute OTIF fulfilment of orders

- Ensure BCP testing is done at defined intervals and share the results with Br.Supply Chain Manager & Br F&C team
- Ensure Master DATA on BCP STAR package is updated at defined intervals by liaisoning Br. F&C team
- Responsible to Identify, Assign, Coach & Develop people at WH
- End User Training > Responsible to Provide SAP Roles / SAP Role based Training > Responsible to create back>up for every SAP role at DC
- Responsible to measure and Improve: > Picking Productivity > Unloading Productivity > Loading Productivity > Forklift/Reach Truck Productivity > Vehicle Turn Around Time
- Implementation of relevant Automatin at the Warehouse > To create Warehoue Layout/WH Zoning & Creation of Bins > To do Spaghetti on Unloading/Picking/Storage & Loading > Implementation of Warehoue Management System > To Implement Dock & Yard Solution > To formulate & Implement 2 Step Picking or Pick>face Strategy
- Responsible for 100% Inventory accuracy at any point in time at Bin Level/SKU Level
- Responsible to deliver all OBDs received till 2.00pm on day>to>basis and complete all OBDs received till 4.00PM during Month Ends
- Responsible for vehicle planning, load planning, Milk run optimization & load Prioritization basis distance and transit time to optimize Cost of Distribution
- Validate all expenses incurred by WH Service provider as per agreement and ensure timely claim and payment made to WH Service provider
