Job Description
Manager - Total Rewards will partner with HR and business leaders to deliver competitive, fair, and performance-driven rewards solutions. The role is responsible for advising on compensation, benefits, incentives, job evaluation, and workforce cost management while ensuring alignment with business priorities, market practices, and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation, benefits, incentives, and rewards-related decisions.
- Manage job evaluation and role sizing processes, ensuring appropriate grading and banding across the organization.
- Coordinate with regional and corporate stakeholders for evaluation and approval of leadership roles.
- Lead annual compensation cycles including salary reviews, promotions, variable pay, and long-term incentive programs.
- Conduct market benchmarking and job pricing analysis to support competitive and equitable pay decisions.
- Design, review, and enhance Total Rewards policies and frameworks covering compensation, benefits, wellness, recognition, incentives, and promotion programs.
- Support workforce cost governance through budgeting, forecasting, headcount tracking, and cost modelling.
- Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions and ensure compliance with reward governance standards.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, business leaders, and external partners to deliver effective rewards solutions.
- Stay informed on market trends and industry best practices to continuously improve reward programs.
- 4 to 8 years of HR experience with exposure to Total Rewards, compensation, benefits, salary reviews, benchmarking, or pay design.
- Experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Rewards, or related HR functions.
- Strong understanding of compensation structures, benefits programs, incentives, and pay-for-performance principles.
- Experience in job evaluation, job analysis, organization design, and role grading methodologies.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret compensation data, cost models, and workforce metrics.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making across multiple levels of the organization.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Experience working with compensation surveys, market benchmarking, and reward governance frameworks.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards will be an advantage
