Job Description

    As a Digital Marketing Lead (B2B) with over 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing and 5+ years of team management expertise, particularly in the service domain, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across various digital channels. You will work towards attracting, converting, and nurturing high-quality leads to elevate the brand visibility of NetBramhas within the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
    Your strategic mindset, technical proficiency, and strong leadership skills will be crucial in driving growth, engagement, and brand visibility. Crafting data-driven marketing plans aligned with business goals, implementing effective lead generation strategies, and measuring success through KPIs, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking will be part of your role.
    Mastering various digital channels such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email & CRM marketing will be essential in driving website traffic, enhancing brand presence, and engaging with the target audience. Proficiency in tools like Google Suite, marketing automation, social media management, and SEO & Analytics tools will be required to execute your strategies effectively.

    In addition to channel mastery, your leadership and collaboration skills will play a significant role in leading and nurturing marketing teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and effectively communicating data-backed insights and strategies to the leadership.
