As a Microsoft Solutions Architect at NetCom Learning, you will be instrumental in enhancing the technical skills and knowledge of both clients and internal teams. Your proficiency in Microsoft technologies will enable you to design and implement tailored solutions that cater to the diverse business needs and objectives of clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing Microsoft solutions in alignment with client requirements.
- Developing authorized training content for audiences of varying skill levels.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials are up-to-date.
- Personalizing training programs based on client needs and providing pre-training consultations.
- Conducting workshops, webinars, and in-person training sessions for clients and internal staff.
- Customizing training modules to address client-specific scenarios.
- Evaluating training effectiveness and continuously improving training materials.
- Staying updated with the latest Microsoft services developments to offer relevant training content.
- Providing technical guidance and support during and after training sessions.
- Assisting participants in preparing for Microsoft certifications.
Qualifications required for this role:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft technologies with relevant certifications.
- Preferably, prior experience as a solutions architect, technical trainer, instructor, or educator.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in creating authorized training materials, presentations, labs, and documentation.
