Senior Manager/Associate Director - Cyber Security Sales

About the Role:
The Cyber Security Hunter is a critical leadership role responsible for defending our clients' digital frontiers by positioning Protiviti's advanced security and resilience services. This role is significant because it requires a high-trust, consultant-led sales approach to address the escalating threat landscape and regulatory pressures faced by modern enterprises.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and acquire new "Logo" accounts by positioning Protiviti's Cyber Security offerings, including Managed Security Services (MSSP), Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Cloud Security.
- Leverage an existing network of 20+ strong CXO-level relationships (CISOs, CIOs, and CROs) to drive immediate market penetration post-joining.
- Lead the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from initial vulnerability discussions and scoping to final contract execution.
- Achieve a minimum annual revenue target of INR 10 Crores through the acquisition of new high-value security contracts.
- Collaborate with the Cyber Security delivery team to ensure technical proposals are robust, compliant, and aligned with global security standards (ISO, NIST, GDPR).
- Stay abreast of emerging cyber threats and regulatory shifts to proactively advise prospects on risk mitigation strategies.

- 7-12 years of proven experience in Cyber Security services sales with a consistent track record of hunting and winning new business.
- Mandatory: A verifiable network of at least 20 CXO-level contacts, with 5-6 ready for immediate outreach and engagement.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and consistently achieve an annual revenue target of INR 10 Crores.
