The Business System Senior Manager will be based in Hyderabad, Nextracker office.
In this position, you will report to the Steel Supply Chain Strategy Senior Director.
The Sr Manager will lead the business system related developments for the steel Supply Chain Strategy, act as a subject matter expect and drive the adoption of innovative solutions for the group.
You will be supported by a team of business analysts.

Here is a glimpse of what youll do:
- Work with the steel supply chain transformation teams to understand the business process and identify system needs.
- Coordinate drafting of Business Requirement Documents.
- Initiate and lead system development projects to meet new requirements or to improve current process.
- Coordinate new system development and existing system improvements with the business system team acting as bridge between business system and sourcing teams.
- Benchmark existing business systems with best options on the market and suggest new developments.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate trouble shooting and providing supporting for team.
- Coordinate related standard operating procedure drafting and provide training to the team.
Here Is Some Of What Youll Need (required):
- Solid structuring and analytical skills to keep track of multiple projects and vendors, in an international and multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Anaplan or similar supply chain-oriented business system required.
- Advanced communication skills (written and verbal).
- Management skills.
- Fluent oral and written communications in English.
- Results orientation and demonstrated ability to think out of the box to drive results.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and respond quickly and flexibly.
- Autonomous.
Here Are a Few Of Our Preferred Experiences:
- Bachelors degree in a technical and/or business major; graduate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position at the crossroad between Supply Chain and Business Systems.
- Experience working in an international environment.
