Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to corporate training and L&D solutions.
- Identify and target enterprise clients across industries.
- Enterprise Client Acquisition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, and L&D decision-makers.
- Understand client challenges and position solutions that address organizational needs.
- Solution Expertise
- Stay updated on features, benefits, and market trends in L&D solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations and customized proposals to enterprise clients.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate leads through networking, industry events, and referrals.
- Track opportunities and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Negotiation & Closing
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with enterprise clients.
- Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaboration
- Partner with product and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Provide market feedback to enhance solution offerings.

- Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of proven B2B enterprise sales experience in corporate training / L&D solutions.
- Experience selling soft skills, behavioral skills, or similar learning programs to enterprise clients.
- Strong background in enterprise client acquisition (not academic tie-ups).
- Demonstrable, measurable success in sales (examples include: achieving ?100% of annual quota for at least 2 of the last 3 years; consistently closing enterprise deals with significant contract values; measurable improvement in pipeline conversion or deal velocity).
- Based in South India.
- Graduation or Masters degree in a related field.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets with demonstrable metrics (e.g., percentage quota attainment, increase in average deal size, reduced sales cycle length).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
