Job Description

Job role: HEAD OF SALES - DATA CENTRE & COLOCATION SERVICES

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 12 -15 years
Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of IT Infrastructure services including:
- Remote Infrastructure Management
- Managed IT Services
- Technical Help Desk / Service Desk
- Data Centre Services

- Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud Solutions
- Information Security (Cyber Security)
- Networking, Firewall, Wintel, and related technologies
- Identify and acquire new clients through direct hunting and relationship-based selling
- Engage with C-level executives, technical stakeholders, and decision-makers to understand business needs and propose tailored solutions
- Successfully sell and manage multi-year contracts with enterprise clients
- Translate complex customer business problems into effective infrastructure requirements
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver winning proposals and presentations
- Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, technology partners, and key channel players
-Lead by example and represent the organization in client and industry interactions
- Own the top-line revenue targets and ensure profitability through effective resource utilization
Desired Profile & Skills:

- Minimum 12 years of experience in solution selling within IT Infrastructure services
- Proven ability to secure new logos and close large, long-term deals
- Strong existing network with executive sponsors and technology decision-makers
- Deep understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies: Networking, Cloud, Service Management, InfoSec, etc.
- Ability to manage enterprise and mid-size customers, with global exposure preferred
- Prior experience working with OEMs (e.g., Cisco, VMware, AWS, etc.) is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated leadership traits and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:

- Master's preferred
- Certifications in relevant IT domains (Cloud, Networking, ITIL, etc.) are a plus
