About the role:
Were looking for a Data Analyst to bridge business needs and AI-driven solutions, helping optimize customer experience and drive measurable impact.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable product and data insights
- Analyze customer interaction data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Work closely with product, engineering, and client teams to deliver AI solutions
- Define KPIs, track performance, and drive continuous improvement
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
- Support client onboarding, use-case design, and solution optimization

- 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or analytics roles
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Experience working with customer experience, support, or conversational AI platforms is a plus
- Ability to translate complex data into simple insights and recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fast-paced, problem-solving mindset
